Linda Klinck of Wyoming Main Street will lead us through a facilitated discussion of the roles and responsibilities of board members, committee chairs, and staff in regards to how they are defined by Main Street best practices, in our bylaws, and policy handbook. Along the way, we can propose and discuss changes as needed. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how the organization functions as a 501(c)3 non profit and accredited Main Street program.
