Average rents for storefront retail space are $10 a square foot, calculated on a 12 month lease. Second floor office space is slightly higher, at $12 a square foot. For example, a 1,000 square foot space at $10 would rent for $833.33 a month. For $12, it would be $1,000 a month.

Average price for properties sold is $150 per square foot. For example, a 3,500 square foot building might go for $525,000.
