In 2025, we:

• Provided 260+ one-on-one business coaching sessions to guide them through Third Street construction and economic uncertainties

• Assisted in the opening of 18 new businesses and helped 3 businesses expand, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to be successful

• Partnered with the City and Laramie Public Art Coalition to enhance public art, lighting, and signage on Third Street

• Since 2023, utilized a legacy gift to provide $56,325 in façade grants for the preservation of downtown buildings; these funds generated another $243,993 in private investment
