We have a successful record of supporting businesses and creating a welcoming, vital atmosphere for our community, but there is still much work to be done. Provided 260+ one-on-one business coaching sessions to guide them through Third Street construction and economic uncertainties
Assisted in the opening of 18 new businesses and helped 3 businesses expand, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to be successful
Partnered with the City and Laramie Public Art Coalition to enhance public art, lighting, and signage on Third Street
Since 2023, utilized a legacy gift to provide $56,325 in façade grants for the preservation of downtown buildings; these funds generated another $243,993 in private investment
