Empress Apartments
In the fall of 2022, Laramie Main Street completed three, 2 bedroom, one bath, residential units at the top floor of the Empress, located at 112 S. 2nd Street, above Big Hollow Food Coop. Built in 2018 as a mixed use, infill project in the heart of downtown Laramie, the space was formerly home to the historic Empress, then Fox Theater, which was demolished due to neglect in 2009.
