“Light Up Downtown” is a collaborative project between the Laramie Beautification Committee, Laramie Main Street, Visit Laramie, and the City of Laramie to install programable, year round lighting downtown to create a sense of place and game day pride while providing evening ambience, enhanced visability for local businesses, and safety for customers.

Phase I included properties on Third Street between Ivinson and Custer. Phase II covers First to Third on Grand Avenue with a cost of $80,000 - approx. $4,450 per storefront.
