For me, nothing brings back memories of home like Bangers & Mash—British comfort foods.

Bangers & Mash is British favorite—juicy sausages served over buttery mashed potatoes with rich onion gravy. It’s a pub classic, something you'd eat at a cozy village pub or after a long day out in the rain. The sausages, or “bangers,” get their name from the way they used to sizzle and pop while cooking.

Both dishes are simple, filling, and full of flavor. They remind me of Sunday dinners, cold winter nights, and the smell of home cooking filling the kitchen. More than just food, they bring a sense of comfort and tradition—something familiar no matter where in the world I am.
