Brewfest 2020 Canceled

News Brewfest Cancelation.png

It is with heavy hearts, and the care and concern of our community, that we announce the cancelation of Downtown Laramie Brewfest 2020. In light of current conditions and future unknowns, we do not feel that we can host this event safely. For the past 15 years, the Downtown Laramie’s Brewfest has been an annual summertime event that hosted over 2,000 participants sampling beers, listening to live music and connecting with local vendors. Since this event is usually the biggest fundraiser for Laramie Main Street, a non-profit striving to revitalize downtown Laramie, we encourage you to participate in our 15-year anniversary crowdfunding campaign later this fall.  Donations ensure that LMSA’s services remain free to every business, building, and entrepreneur in the downtown district.

Also, keep an eye out for an announcement for an Oktoberfest themed event to celebrate the awards and accomplishments of our district breweries. We are thankful for the contributions the Altitude Chophouse and Brewery, Bond’s Brewing Company, Coal Creek Tap, and the Library Sports Grille and Brewery make towards building a vibrant downtown community!

Thank you to our 2020 Brewfest sponsors, Rocky Mountain Power, Premier Bone and Joint, Aspen Family Chiropractic, Laramie Fire Extinguishers Services, Hamaker Excavation Inc., UniWyo Federal Credit Union, Laramie GM Auto, ANB Bank and several others who had planned to sponsor but had yet to commit due to uncertainty.
